Please I have a Huawei CAM-L21 and after a week of buying it has spoilt two of my SD cards (32gb and 16gb) which are class 10 each. And while changing default storage to SD card I get a msg that says my phone has been encrypted. Please who has any solution to my phone's problem. Thanks in advance

I'm using Y6II CAM-L23 version of this device and it seems to be doing everything faster and better than my last device so I like it. I also like the bigger and wider screen. The only issue I have with it is the sound quality from the speaker which is not that great and the loudness is not that credible as compared to my last device. But still a great device for those who rather a mid range gadget.

I recently purchased aforesaid phone whose model no.is CAM-ULOO. It's battery backup is not good,alarm has single ringtone,external speaker's quality is not so good.If anyone knows where should I complain about it plz help me.
