They SHOULD NOT be created by smartphone companies, with lower optical zoom than: 4x (with OiS) - because 3x zoom you can get from regular 'Telephoto Camera', so why the heck, they just downgrading optical image to lower zooms. I just don't get it and I will not accept that crap.

      I like it much more than S24 Ultra. But I can not wait until april. So ill go with S24U.
      Please Honor, consider releasing your flagship earlier.

I don'... moreI understand you, but this phone is marketing based on zoom, Galaxy S23 ultra has 10x optical zoom and compared to Magic 6 pro it is worse. So rather look at it from the point of view of what the phones can really do and not just on paper parameters.The first comparisons are already on YouTube. :)

          I don't care about digital zoom. It can be even 200x if they can make it.
          More important is optical zoom, which provides best detailed zoomed photo.

              joe nodden, 12 Jan 2024More convenient than the fingers you already have on the ph... morein my experince with pixel 7, it's somewhat slow, and I rather not to do an extra tap on the sensor when I have been pressed the power for more than a decade.(the whole reason why I prefer face unlock) and there are always options for everyone, there are plenty of brands with punch hole camera or even some udc systems. nobody is going to buy all phones, companies target all kind of customers, and there are people with same opinion as me out there too, so chill:)

                Lets see.
                Normal Telephoto Cameras have 2x or 3x optical zoom.
                So why even bother to make, a PERISCOPED camera with 2.5x or 2.8x optical zoom?!
                It's f00kin ridiculous!!!!!
                Periscoped cameras should have AT LEAST 5x OiS zoom, AT...LEAST...!!!
                If you want to give customers a camera with 2.5x OiS zoom, then you should use just normal Telephoto Camera, not f00kin persicoped with useless zoom like that.
                What a shame and stupidity of Honor CEO or the eng team.

                                        Does the Honor Magic6 Pro have a built-in screen recorder that records video calls with sound on both sides? Because that's what I'm also looking for in a phone.
