Though we still have yet to see how this phone deals with pressure.

Stunning. Even huawei followed this horrible idea of a moving upper bezel... dual glass slab with no way to use a conventional silicone case. The first time it falls into the ground its gone.

But to be honest this concept has been done by HTC way back. Can't remember the name but the one with the track pad and a keyboard.
If we want to talk about the slide system, then we can even go as far back as Nokia.

A... morenot at all these are much better implementations oppo and vivowanted tobe first and they didn'tthink if they should.(allare bbk brand companies oppo/vivo/oneplus same shit ) . xiaomi and huawei have done a much better job as this is a refreshing yet nostalgic design. slide phones are back with a bang i wish them both good luck. so far it seems they are pretty even except for huawei having first gen 7nm lead possibly as chances of new gen chip on mix 3 are slim. however i don't think huawei can compete against the ceramic body in which xiaomi is an expert now.
