How come Honor Pad 9 with 1600p (2.5K) screen but its SoC, Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 only support up to 1080p (2K)?

It’s appeared on Honor UK website listed at £299 ( although you can’t actually buy it yet). Seems expensive compared to previous Honor pads.

Both chipsets, 6 Gen 1 and 7 Gen 1, are fabbed by Samsung and you can get this or Huawei (no G Suite) for 100 more EUR
