Hi fren need ur help.. after update 9.0 (PIE) my battery drain so fast. after clear app running my ram only have 1.5gb...(Oreo still have 2.0gb++ after clear app). what should i do?

Hello Romin, One more thing I forgot to mention that in Battery Menu there is no "performance mode" Which I saw in the web and youtube video that New updates battery menu shows performance mode. Newly implemented feature. Will you please help?

Actually I thought it is a bug because it shows previously and after update it disappear. I thought that it is a bug and second thing battery drain more then before i.e. in every night I recharge the phone 100% and schedule off the phone it is automatically switch on again in morning within 10 AM it decrease 3 % battery without any activities (not even touch the Phone). It shows 100% before update. I Calibrate the battery two day's before update. So, should I need again to Calibrate? Frequent Calibrate can reduce Battery life?

Calibrate your batery once then your battery will be fine.

Jafa, 09 Jan 2019Mr. Ronim. Can you help me to solve my issue? Try this again. switch of your phone completely then wait for 5 minutes then press vol up & power key together at the same time for atleast 15 seconds then release both the key. you will get catch partition option there.

But when I have tried to clear system catch without erase any data by pressing volume up & power button, I could not find that option for "wipe catch partition". Instead it shows a window with " software install failed! Get help from://www.emui.com/emotiondownload.php?mod=restore." And at the bottom of the window "Reboot system now". I have tried 4-5 times but I could not solve this.

Anyone else having issues accessing their ext sd card after the pie update? I can't seem to access it now when using other 3rd party apps (es file explorer, quickpik, etc.). I can access it however using the native files app, gallery, Google photos. Tried different sd cards and same problem. Even reformatted it.

Full of heat while playing pubg on medium graphics... battery draining so fast.. waste no use of gpu turbo feature..and waste performance of Kirin 970 processer no good experience..no fast updates and bugs fixed..

Romin, 08 Jan 2019Go for it, don't worry it is safe to do that.. Hello Ramin, I did it perfectly but my carrier name dose appear in status bar. Although it should be appear as before. Settings are enable to show. but not showing.

The charging time for this phone has becomes longer after the update. Prior to the update it always charge 1%/min which would take 1 hour and a half to fully charge from 20% which is great.
After the update however it becomes 1 min and 10 sec for 1%. Now it takes 1 hr and 45 min to charge..
