Anonymous, 08 Sep 2018I have one and it heats up to 48% while playing Pubg for 1 hrActually, even PUBG has addressed the fact that *your phone will heat up if you play for long periods of time on very high graphics and very high frame rate setting*.
You cannot change that. No phone in the world will be as cool as ice if you play PUBG at HD graphics and High frame rate continuously for more than an hour.
I play PUBG on low graphics and medium frame rate and my phone works fine (mild heat, but not too hot) even when I play for 1.5 or 2 hours continuously. (According to reviews, low graphics helps you spot enemies farther away from you as you have low graphics and their cover which is grass far away from you doesn't load for you so it appears as they are simply sitting there, and you can identify enemies far away from you)

It takes about 1% per minute to charge.
If it takes way longer than that then either you are doing something to your phone that is not letting it charge or you have a defective phone/charger.
Or, you are simply not using the bundled Huawei Quick Charger which is certified to charge at 18W (1% per minute).

Nebula, 11 Sep 2018Firstly, try not to let the battery exhaust completely befo... morei usually do not drain my Play and just like you, i usually charge my phone when it hits below 25%, and 20~25% batt to 100% usually takes me 1hr and 45mins. How 'bout yours? and have you noticed any smell on the usb port of your charger?

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2018Do i have to turn off the phone while charging? after 2 wee... moreFirstly, try not to let the battery exhaust completely before you look for a power source as It is known to damage battery health. once my 'Play' gets to 20/19% I stop usage and charge asap. (things like your battery taking a longer time to charge fully is a sign that the battery drains completely before a charging)
Secondly, batteries do charge significantly faster when not in use. Just let it be so it can charge faster

amir, 07 Sep 2018plzz tell me who is the best A6+ honor play & nova 3iHonor Play since it has flashship chipset Kirin 970, 3750 mAh, USB Type C, Bigger screen, this is like P20 Pro without the glass back, and with just a mid range camera. only one better than Honor Play is Pocophone F1 but consider that Kirin 970 is a 2017 Chipset and SD845 is 2018.

Do i have to turn off the phone while charging? after 2 weeks of usage, i usually charge 0-100% in 1hr 45mins. Recently, 0-100% takes 2 hrs, and i noticed that the charger smells like a plugged clothing iron, is this normal? :(
