Honor confirms Gemini will be pre-installed on Magic7 Pro, Magic7 RSR Porsche Design

Honor revealed that the Magic7 Pro and Magic7 RSR Porsche Design smartphones in markets outside China will feature the Gemini app pre-installed. The duo is beginning its global rollout next week.

Both the Magic7 Pro and Magic7 RSR are already available in China; however, due to Google not functioning there, its services, including Gemini, are unavailable.

There's also the fact that other international Honor models come with pre-installed Google Assistant, which is already prompting users to install Gemini.

Honor is leveraging Gemini models and Imagen 3, Google's text-to-image technology, to provide a suite of features such as Honor AI Notes, AI Photo Expansion, AI Style, and AI Translation.
