Camera are a lot better than Note 5 & 4x, performance is flagship grade, high level gpu for gaming (plus later get the gpu turbo tech), among the fastests fps and face unlock.
As for pricing, Oneplus 5T is a direct competitor to V10. Pure stock android and flagship performance as well, but camera on V10 is better. But no expandable storage while V10 have it.

Should I get this over the note 4x which I currently have had for less than a year? If not what other options should I get over this ? I want 18:9 ratio about 6 inch screen. And 128 GB of storage. What is the best from around this price range? Should I buy the note 5 pro over the view 10 and save money? What is recommended from you guys? Thanks.

EIS is coming. Seen by someone on .162 update
EIS is here for 720p and 1080p30fps. It's not available for 1080p60fps or 4k however.
No news on 8.1 update yet.
