2. The low sound is a bugs on certain firmware. Update for the sound has been fixed and now its normal and loud.
Good luck finding a good same phone at the same price.

How about the audio quality of the phone in voice calls and in media playing?
Does it lag if we load 3 or more high end games?
How about video recording of the phone?
