Honor x8a is not good sound qawality in calling. This fhone head jack totally fail.

Piece of rubbish. Can't use wired headphones/usb c dongle for voice calls, as sound voice quality is poor and always has a hissing and an echo.
I've changed dongles 3 times, and used a expensive one with built in dac chip. Same problem. Hissing and echo. Therefore the phone can't be used for taking calls using a wired headset.
At least get the very basics right.

256GB with SD card is the standard for 2023. Not 128GB. Also for this price, you can get A24 which is better in every way.

I buy honour X8 a but this one have a too much problem, I am using many software, example imo,incoming call,but somebody calling me he didn't

Instead, just kept bashing, talking nonsense and attract negativity.
This model is best and succesful at all cost.
Highly recommend for everyone, with very affordable price. 👍😉

You can get so many more powerful phones for the same price or less. Like the Moto G62 5G, Oppo A77 5G, Moto G53 5G, even the Honor 70 Lite & Honor x8 5G are cheaper and much more powerful. Even the mid range Honor 9x Pro from 2019 is almost twice as powerful, and that was almost 4 years ago!
Using the G88 processor with eMMC storage is unacceptable in 2023.

Surprised by all the positive reviews. I got the phone last week. It looks beautiful & the display is nice. But that's it. Performance is TRASH. Laggy, stuttering, slowdown when surfing (especially when using opera/firefox browsers). Watching videos is horrible. Sometimes so much delayed latency issues. Its been a horrible experience. Battery like is weak. Charging twice per day. Youtube, twitter & tiktok all lag & stutter in both 90hz & 60hz mode. I don't even game!!! Dread to think how bad playing games would be. I foolishly trusted the reviews online. I now regret wasting the money. I am going to try selling it now. Hope someone will buy it from me. Can't believe i was duped into buying this. I'm NEVER trusting ANY reviews again. I should have known better.

How well would the "Honor Ram Turbo" ram expansion feature work with eMMC storage, long term? Wouldn't this just wear out the storage medium faster with the constant use?

Absolute trash. Honor have optimized the UI ok, but so much lag and slowdown when opening closing apps ,& on tiktok & youtube. Also battery is weak, and phone heats up. Only good thing is lightweight & design.
Honor 70 lite also now released. Specs & design are very trash too.

according to mediatek website, the g88 supports up to 64mp. so 100mp is useless.
