Do some research before calling others stupid. There is already an FM chip present on almost all SOC including 820. In case of serious national desaster, when cell networks are down, FM radio will save lives....
But these manufacturers include apple deliberately disable to chip to force people consume data.
Please enlighten people if cell network is down, say due to a cyclone or earthquake how will the user of this phone may get an emergency alert? Or should he carry a FM radio too...

Don, 10 Jun 2016Impressive battery life bt am disappointed the radio is missingThere are such low minded people who look in the top most phones and say torch is missing, radio is missing, toothpick is missing..... Those who buy this phone will have this phone connected to Internet all the time. They can get any stupid things like FM radio stations, TV channels whatever they want... The people who owns Nokia keypad phones complains no radio, no torch....... Grow up...... If you don't wanna buy it then don't. Just stop complaining about stupid things......

Having a Microsoft Lumia 550 Win10 mobile, the one major drawback it has is its slow speed. Else everything perfect. Wish HP comes with a similar 4.7" screen phone( I hate bigger phones), with good speed, light weight, good display, sound, easy on the pocket. Hope someone listens.

In typical HP fashion it'll be overpriced, best phone at the moment sgs7 or ZTE Axon 7 or wait for the note 7

This is an enterprise corporate smartphone. Don't expect to find it in your local t-mobile store. It wasn't conceived to play games or procrastinate with chat apps.

specs wise its awesome but the thing is can it compete with android app eco-system and its features like finger print scanner , VR and al that .
most of the apps are not available into windows store and if they are , its totaly old each.

Don't expect this to be cheap. In fact I bet on 800 eur +. It's extremely well built, Bang&Olufsen speakers and Windows Continuum support.

From the spec wise it is indeed a flagship killer..............i liked it but in the end please don't sell it too expensive like Galaxy S7 Edge or Iphone 6s Plus.
Place the price range between Huawei P9 Plus/Mi5/Zenfone 3 Deluxe........USD399-USD459.
