Bo... moreJust asking, since I am one of those with the problem you are talking about, but do you use the quick/fast charge feature on this phone. I think it might be the battery issue that I am rebooting all this time, but I'm not too sure, just wanted to know.

Not really sure what all these people are talking about. Bought mine 2 years ago and it is still running like a beast. Upgraded to Android 8.0 and it has absolutely no problem whatsoever. Battery life is not the same as it used to be but that's to be expected since it's 2 years old. People are bashing HTC I feel for no reason. Get your act together. This used to be and still is a pretty amazing phone.

mobi, 14 Aug 2018Hi all HTC 10 users , I have HTC 10 running Android N (7.0)... moreHey, Yes i would recommend not to upgrade to Android 8. It does have faster battery drain issues. My Htc 10 can only go up to 3 n half hours of SOT. Sometime I can get lucky enough to if i can get 4 hours. So, i would recommend it as NO. There's not much of a difference at between 7 n 8. So, Android 7 is fine for Htc 10.

Hi all HTC 10 users , I have HTC 10 running Android N (7.0) its gives about 5 hour of screen on time on full charge with 4G or wifi.....should i upgrade my HTC 10 on Android O (8.0)......is there any battery issue????

Second and last HRC I'll ever own. My HTC 10 is my second HTC. I had and HTC One which was a great phone. When I upgraded with Verizon, I tried the vHTC 10. Today it is the most epic fail of a phone I have ever owned. As I try to write this review my HTC 10 had restarted itself now for the sixth time. Why? Because the batter use down to 50%. Apparently it has decided that's all I get. And each time it restarts, it loses 15% until the restarts take it to zero. In addition, when the green light comes on to indicate fully charged and I turn it on, it is really only 35% and - guess what- it restarts itself.
In addition, it runs out of juice in 2 hours, if I have the audacity to use it.
And of course it cannot be fixed, their is only an internal battery and all you have to do to get it fixed is mail it to Asia.

I got me a new battery installed from my local repair shop. So much better it's like I have a new phone. If any users are having battery issues I suggest you replace the battery.

My HTC 10 and I Am used of 9. Month very nice performance camera nice better than Huawei mid range phone best in low light
