Andy, 22 Oct 2010I got one today...its amazing...after iOS this is the best ... morewell you do realise windows 7 is coming late to the party. they really needed to be where the other competitors are at... Just like iOS they were missing quite a few basic functions but like iOS they should improve but I find the transitions annoying

I got one today...its amazing...after iOS this is the best and most polished os ever seen. I know it has some draw back but from day one no os was to the level of Windows Phone 7 Os staright out of the box.

The Priority for HTC is to purchase better camera module & better optics, the cameras on all HTC are far less superior than anyone else.

Unfortunately, most of the other phone websites got it wrong. MSM8*** is use for 2nd-gen snapdragon, and the only 1Ghz snapdragon that begins with 'MSM' is the MSM8255/MSM8655. why n... moreLets say that PowerVR SGX540 is the fastest Gpu in the market atm .. like the one used in galaxy S .. its even faster than iphone 4's gpu .. and compared to adreno 200 gpu which is in Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 ... powervr SGX540 is twice as fast as adreno 200
The only question that bothers me is whether or not the Mozart and other devices packs the MSM820 Not QS8250 processor .. some sites state that it packs the MSM and some state that it packs the QSD like gsm arena
MSM8250 is the 2nd generation of snapdragon processors.. it packs the adreno 205 Gpu which can compete with powervr SGX540 .. but The QSD is not appealing.. check out htc desire's performance in 3d games on you tube.. too much lag

For all those thinking that built-in card is following Apple they should know that HTC or microsoft isn't following Apple. There are two good reasons for the switch:
1. Built-in memory is more faster then the Cards
2. There is no hassle of card getting lost, corrupt or etc. At least its lesser.

Is the only difference of Trophy and Mozart is the camera? (5mp for Trophy & 8mp for Mozart) and of course the design which you could hardly tell.
According to HTC site the Trophy is for gaming while Mozart is with great fidelity audio. But, both just have the same 1GHz CPU speed and 576MB RAM, and also both got Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound????
Why make 2 phones with same OS with almost the same specs!? They could have just made the other one an Android phone. Atleast if its an Android it could have a microSD to compensate for the 8GB internal storage which is really a big disappointment for these two sleek devices.
But of course there's still the Desire which is an android, I just like the designs of either Mozart or Trophy, very nice.

Zzzz.... Zzzzz... I dream for WM7 and wait since they annouce. But the poor Specifications make me sad :(
also hear rumor for high resolution>>> now 480 x 800 pixels :(

I wish HTC would make an Android version of this phone because Desire is not that good looking, Desire Z is quite heavy and thick, and Desire HD is quite too big but yeah super fast.

Yes I posted spurious messages over a few of these phones. I must say that the new release software will probably get the vital copy & paste, mutlitasking functions. I also think they need to re consider storage requirements for some people. Do they expect everyone to travel light. May be so!
This particular phone looks set to go to Orange UK networks exclusive contract while the Trophy goes to Vodaphone UK exclusive contracts. Of course this is the better phone. It's a shame that HTC decided there were too many over the head bewildering phone choices that they decided not to make the Surround 7 or the Pro 7 available for the european market.
Let's just say not for a little while while everyone gets less confused & bewildered & catches up with their comparing phones to see which is the best. Carrier change anyone?
They chose to keep the Surround 7 to the North Americas market for now. Hoepfully it will be available over here. The only WP7 device that catches my eye is the HTC Desire HD, Mozarrt. HD is the most generous for storage space of them all.

The specifications look ammazing, but as every body know that you cann't find your dream ideal mobile device in the market ... but my personal openion that the htc mobiles operated by Microsoft WM are uncompeteted ...

Its seems Microsoft going smart on business. They learn Apple's way of doing business, always leave some shortages for upgrade in the future. So we may see there is upgrade version year by year. However will the cusotmers of WM7 stupid like that?
