I was a little worried about the price when I bought this phone. Would it live up to the expectation? I got it from http://www.omnicelusa.com/product-info.asp?id=169 I can tell this is the best device ever, iphone who? For all in one device comparison you can't find anything better.

just used this handset for the first time and its amazing!! It really is a great handset. Windows Mobile rep told me only t-mobile sell this handset and obviously if u want it otherwise u have to buy direct from htc!!

Can anyone please tell me if there is rumours or not about an ORANGE SPV version of HTC ADVANTAGE X7500, like HTC Universal-SPV M5000, HTC TYTN - SPV M3100, etc. Thanks

I only seen this phone the first time today, it is a fantastic piece of technology, although being a student i guess replacing my laptop with this PDA would be very handy...I only saw it due to my teacher wanted us to see his new gadgets, i was amazed he brought a phone like this put to me...in my mind i thought "He must have stuck all the gadgets together to make one"

Hmmm...a little bulky but imagine watching video on the screen. Gosh, it would really make mobile TV popular if everyone have one of this. I wonder if it has the capabilities to actually replace a laptop? Anyone with it please let me know!

It does have vibration in your bt headset.
This device is very capable although indeeed bulky but you cannot/should not bring this device to your ear when talking. Instead either put the device on your desk and talk over the speaker. Or use the bt headset.

No matter what you know and what you say about this bulked product, its ability and capacity is non-correspondent to its bulkiness. one simple problem you'll encounter with this device is the ability to have full access to the Internet. its pitiful IE mobile edition limits your browsing needs. Windows Mobile 5.0 is a Windows Mobile 5.0 whether is on HTC Advantage or on Desktop PC. it has its limited mobile web browsing features. like having a KING KONG size toy. again its limits ends in its Operating System. my point of view is based on my personal experience with Pocket PCs. just name one that i did not own and ended up selling it for half of is original price i paid. in fact the last Pocket PC i had was i-Mate JasJar. it cost my $1200 and as worthless it was as i got rid of it. now the rising question is about to rest on the Windows Mobile 6 Pro edition, that gives me the false impression that it will have improved and upgraded features of Mobile 5.0. false impression is the Professional part of the windows mobile 6 Professional. seemingly would render almost all the features of windows XP. surely not. just joking. i just don't want to spend another $1200 and find myself deeply regretful. i jsut don't trust windows mobile OSs. that's because mobile OS does not support SSL.(secure socket layer). but Nokia's E90, N95 and even E62,61i and N91 that i have it supports SSL and goves me full desktop Internet access. any web page. my suggestion is, if you really want a fully featured device, then buy Nokia's product with Symbian OS 9.2, 3rd edition or higher. thanks for advise! you're welcome
below is the principal function and important role of SSL which soon or later you'll find, that is very important to have a device which will support SSL.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): How It Works
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects your Web site and makes it easy for customers to trust you.
An SSL Certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions.
Each SSL Certificate contains unique, authenticated information about the certificate owner.
Every SSL Certificate is issued by a Certificate Authority that verifies the identity of the certificate owner.
