I have this phone and I am quite disappointed with it because not only if you try to move apps to SD card it crashes and reboots it also has a crap battery life and it just die within 3 hours of use which is terrible if anyone can help with the SD card my review will not be as bad just the battery pisses me off and also the amount of storage on the device available is terrible.

Used the fone for almost 4yrs, the only disappointment was the onboard memory but other than that its a great fone.

I just bought the htc chacha and i think it is really easy and simple to use runs google gingerbread and is best for social reasons but you can use it as an everyday phone as i do i would rate this phone 9 out of 10

jasim, 31 Oct 2015Hiiii htc chacha user,yesterday i updated my phone i got a ... moreOur phone it's little old... but right now mine is super (without new rom or root)... U must try factory reset and restart without Internet connection, then deactivate automatic updates... and for now upgrade manually Play Store app (don't install google services or uninstall it). After that u can install some apps (better from ur PC, I mean with ur browser form PlayStore)... I have been installed this ones:
Whatsapp - Spotify - Flashlight - SD File Manager - Wifi File Transfer - Gaaiho PDF
*Don't upgrade default apps, they're still working fine....
I have to use this chacha while my new phone is coming from China, my last phone is dead and this one is saving my life... awesome

The internal storage of my cha cha is only 150MB. it can do much. But i have 16 GB external storage but i can't apps cannot totally run on it. can you help?

I Have used htc chacha for about three years(early 2012) until now(2015). Even it fall thousand times, it still functioning well and i cant resist the best part was the keypad

have i said so, the keyboard is super cool .. the screen and the system are awesome .. the camera is v.good
