saurabh, 22 Sep 2012very very poor memory & battery life..realy disaapointe... moreFirst you have to root the phone & install an app like gemini, root explorer/titanium backup etc. However, rooting has some disadvantages. e.g. it will void your warranty or it can damage your phone if you do it wrongly. Search the internet for your specific phone model. I suggest u search on xda forums.

i recently bought HTC chacha and fed up with charging problem. Even i turn off the wi fi but still it consumes a lot of battery. i kept the whole day without making any activity just made 1 or 2 calls but the battery became half. secondly the FN always blinks on the top of phone due to which i am having problem typing my email address for facebook login. whenver i type an english letter it types numeric. pls help me if someone knows

after 6months using the delete n space key dead...ppl who are heavy sms user...dont buy this..keypad not so good..in months they die..and battery life is not good..im going to sell this today n go buy nokia asha 302...i want a phone for sms n long life battery...not for showin off or touchscreen..

This phone is good but battery life is terrible.People like who have to attend numerous calls in a day,this phone is not for them....i have to charge it twice a day.

llehcar, 18 Sep 2012where can i find the files that i transfered via bluetooth??? To get items sent via bluetooth, go to the menu and follow to the downloads.

the htc chacha internal memory is too small. i keep deleating apps barely have 12mb space left. the figures dont tally with apps space usage.
sms is a problem when u tap a wrong key goes to top. nigeria

Anonymous, 15 Sep 2012HTC cha cha is the worst phone i have ever had. Internal me... moreso true! if only i had looked through the reviews here last year to see somebody's honest review (like yours) on this phone.
Overall, i'm not satisfied with this phone. period. Even if u love qwerty keypads phones, don't get this...it has some weird shit going on in it and u will definitely not like it.

HTC cha cha is the worst phone i have ever had. Internal memory is shocking. It has prevented me from being able to use any applications. This is not the only problem with this phone,you can be typing a txt msg and if u press a certain key the phone jumps to the top of the screen meaning u have to scroll all the way back dwn to get back to your original message. The touch screen has also become none responsive after 9mnts.Its a piece of sh*t!!!!! Do not buy it,get an iphone.I am not the only person who has had this problem.dnt get yourself caught up in a long contract with the htc cha cha u will regret it. Piece of utter W*nk!!!

sad, 28 Aug 2012where its font change optionto change font hold up arrow key (above FN button) and press space bar key once. done... u must have multiple fonts supported app like multiling and desired fonts should be selected.
