Htc chacha is very good phone and very fast i actually like it but there is some proplems the battary life is so pooor and the camera some times very bad but is very good for tiping and use me alot so thanks…

This phone is very nice i love it but cnt open gmail and low internal memory .does not support google play store which some apps like youtube depends on.if not true someone should plz help me how to play videos on youtube.

Two years or more and I am using this chacha, I believe it has a battery problem and also a low internal memory, but I really love it and I fixed it twice or three times and now I want to change to another phone but finding difficult to find nice one as my adorable ChaCha....

yah it is useless low internal memory , battery is very poor , and the touch doesnt do sometimes .its a stress.

i have used my phone almost for a year but i have realized that the battery is very very very poor,i have to carry the charger everywhere,the camera is lovely but the memory is also very low,

this is one of the wrst moblile I have been used.. very low internal memory.. and not able to download apps in case of low memory.. and battry back up is very very poor... need to carry charger al time with u.... but camera wrks really wel. apart frm that everything is not gud so far....

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2014I can't recommend this phone. As people have already comme... morethis phone needs to be upgraded or totally removed from the market l have used it for one year and the memory is so poor no space to download applications. l hope other HTC phones are better than this one.

Using this mobile for a long time now, bad internal memory and medium ram. Also that dreadful batery making you recharge your mobile everytime you heavy use it for games or video, even songs slowly sip away power. You need a good app managing skill with good internal memory optimizing storage knowledge. Don't login to facebook or byebye free internal storage. Good if you need it for net or talking and you require least amount of apps, I do not recomend this mobile. There are cheaper sets with better internal memory to allow installing apps. The aluminium steel makes it hot and can shock you sometimes, I'd prefer bigger screen over physical keyboard. If you travel often then don't buy this mobile. Great mobile first mobile for teenagers, a year later you need an upgrade. Plus it is getting old in performance and now also in time. Android = Apps = Internal Storage . Do the math.
Note : Upgrade and log in facebook to activate dedicated key.

I can't recommend this phone. As people have already commented, the battery is absolutely hopeless-I don't get much more than 12 hours, and that's not even with heavy usage!! The dedicated facebook button doesn't seem to work, nor do several others, neither does the facebook chat application. The internal memory is useless and even had to delete Whatsapp in order to use the internet due to data storage!! Can't say the phone is easy to setup or that the menus are easy to find-there aren't dedicated things like profiles e.t.c so changing things is difficult. On the plus side, and the only plus is that it is quite responsive!!

This is the worst mobile and waste of money. Battery life standby time without usage is only 12 hours.I purchased extended battery but it lasted for 20 hrs.without sim card and wifi, I just left it home and noted the timings. Only looks are great but this phone is the worst mistake.
Dont buy it.
