Look there is no solution for the internal storage problem but root ur phone , but this way will break phone warranty out .. so there some apps u can get from market to help about this without root, but its will not make ur phone storage become bigger as the root will doing, but it will helping u for clean the rubbish data, clean cach, clean history and moving apps to SD card so u'll get more space .. search on the market for " 1 click cleaner" &" app 2 SD" ..

Great phone by all specs. Unfortunately the battery dies off @ lightening speed and that makes it an indoor

The phone was amazing once it was new, which only could last for one month to be considered 'new'. Otherwise, it hangs, it shutdowns spontaneously, it does not start up sometimes, it does not open messages sometimes, it does not open contact list sometimes, it does not open the exchange sometimes.
The exchange is TERRIBLE. It does not synch the e-mails on time and the reminders really suck.
The query keyboard is very good and the touch is good as well unless of course it is hanging.
It has very very low internal memory space, which does not allow you to install applications.

My wife has the ChaCha because she is not a big fan of touch screens. I have the Gy I would prefer a larger touch screen.

Cool phone but not recommended.. Battery life is terrible.. not even lasts 3 hours on continous data usage.
