RG, 14 Mar 2010I am a HTC fan, but, check out the nexus forum, lots of use... morewe have 3 Nexus One in Family with no problem. Maybe i got the 3 best Nexus One in few hundred thousand shipped. I do not think so.

I have one query... according to sites like knowyourmobile.com, it says that "HTC Desire comes with a 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display with anti-fingerprint screen coating feature." Is it true that the the screen is anti fingerpirnt? Coz the nexus was a fingerprint magnet and according to alot of youtube videos, it gets alot of fingerprints... but maybe thths coz its a pre-release model?

... moreThanks for the responses.. I have today ordered this phone and it possibly will be in my hand within 3 weeks (as announced officially 1st week of April). Really impressed from its features and/capabilities. Before I was undecided and frown on Android, hence focused mostly on WM, namely HD2 as it was(is) the only WM phone with capacitive touchscreen and 1GHz processor, however its price is still on a pretty high level and seems this will not change within short; subscriptions on a 24 months contract means that minimal cost exceeds 1000€; not affordable nor worthy from my point of view. When HTC Desire announced by my current GSM/3G operator and I went through the specifications of this device, also checked out to get a clear opinion on "where the android world is at the moment" decided to get it immediately.
Now just wondering if its native browser supports flash like as it is in skyfire (as far as I know skyfire has no plan to make its android version) and if it has a flash-player for streaming videos. If yes, then this device is -almost- perfect!

It seems like Large size X10 which is now late for months in market is nothing to talk about but just phone in past. it seems like you should of go back to your room SE.

ive noticed that people are having so much problems with the nexus one, checkout their forum. www.nexusone.net/forum. problems such as, touch screen issues, Dropped calls, connectivity issues (a huge problem with nexus one), i really hope that the desire will be from all these problems, or else the Xperia X10 would be another choice.. =S
