The battery life of the HTC Desire is appalling. Even after a 24hour charge and not using the phone it barely lasts for 6 hours then calls for a recharge. The most useless phone I have bought.

There are certain roms that can make your internal memory grow on this mobile. http://charlie.d-h.st/1YK/00010/CronMod-1.0.6-bravo-rc_signed.zip?key=1346962437 search for cronmod 1.0.6 bravo to see that its not a virus :D your mobile has to be rooted before you can change rom

i am planning to buy this phone.
now iam using HTC desire which have the following problems.
i have 1 or more concerns, it will be apparecite if you can tell me.
1. is there any issue of low memorey ? i am addict of apps..
2.is any battery problem?
3.plz recommend a phone which don't have these problems.

I Suggest this Mobile was amazing Mobile in my life period , I have this Mobile since 3 Years till presently. And I am really appericated for the HTC Work towards the Mobile's.
Really it was very good phone, it has even fallen down with me many times, but even so never ever I have got any problem from my Mobile.
Please say after read Masha Allah, Because I need my Mobile to be more good as now always. Gul Masha Allah.

Amazing phone, only problem is internal memory which is easily fixed by flashing a rom with A2SD scripts and buying a 16GB memory card, partition EXT4 -2GB and remainder fat32
Battery life was also a problem. Flash a rom without the Sense UI, or undervolt, or gain root permissions and download "Juice defender ultimate"

than i phone but only and big problem is its internal memory.
creating partition in sd will increase internal memory...????
any suggestion for increasing internal memory....! plz help
