Totally useless never buy this phone it wont let you do anything and you cant even use BlinkFeed for any things else apart from Facebook and Twitter.
And the screens pages (where you put your apps) you cant add more than four screens

My phone is getting heated while talking 2 to 3 mins .And the battery is drain with in 2 hours without using net .please help how to increase the battery life

I have to lock and unlock it again and again nd then it might work. At times unable to answer the calls also. I sent my phone in warranty but they didn't solve the problem they just factory restore my phone which I tried already. Really fed up with the phone and customer support of HTC..

I am using this phone since December 2013. Till date i didnt face any trouble with it. Its camera quality is very good and the speed also pretty fine.

HTC= Highest Tuchchu Cell...there r a lots of problems...we can say its the big house of problems..its reality.. im facing the same

I bought new HTC Desire 500 dual sim, it is the worst phone.Battery life is poor and After two months it is restarting why i dont know. My suggestion is not to go for this phone.

U bought a new HTC desire 500 three days ago. It is a good phone. But I face a problem with micro phone.it works properly when I am calling or receiveng calls But when I use recording my voice or talking tom it,s unable to catch my voice properly. if any one have sol. To this problem pls tell me

i bought htc desire 500 two days ago and battery life is poor only 4 hrs of life while internet surfing and getting too hot . any solution

this is a HORRIBLE PHONE. i got a similar phone only 4 days ago and now it's constantly restarting. i read a review that you have to change some parts after purchase to make it run properly. can someone suggest an alternate way please?

arun, 30 May 2014I purchased HTC desire 1 week back ,charged for 6 hours the... moreyou have to take youre phone to the master repair, because i had such problem, with normal use only 3-4h it lasted... they have to change one thingy in the phone, then he will last whole day, with normal use.
