I send one mail to htc regarding the issue.. they asked me to run the mobile in safemode..nd if issues still peruse then go for factory reset...I have already done a reset before...
I don't no what's happening with ma mobile...
I really like this mobile... HTC's user interface is very nice.. Sony's user interface is not upto the level... ...
If they allow me for a replace which set can I choose of htcs level..

Remove memory card and format phone once. Then use the phone for few days without memory card. If you don't face rebooting issue than use another mmc and if problem persists then go to service center.

this phone is awesome..no i have not faced any issue about random rebooting at all...both sims work perfect...good phone...if u are a very heavy power user buy xperia m oterwise if u are a moderate or medium heavy user this phone is highly recommended....9/10..
PS-asphalt 8 works smoothly on it..yes 8

Mu phone was hang phones. Leypad some. time does not work and im. Aslo does not recive mu incoming call

i have around 3 month this phone and i have 1 big issues with that. Around 10% of incoming calls dropped, not ringing.(i get later mess from carrier with losed calls) The phone was tried with other sim card also, and the problem persist (signal is strong) 2 times in the service this phone was resofted ,but the issues not disappears.

Over the last month or so, my htc desire 500 has been randomly rebooting. Generally only once, or sometimes twice a day. Never, I don't think, while I was actually using the phone. Sometimes in my pocket (frequently when riding my motorcycle), sometimes when I set it down on a desk or table. I did everything I could think of

Does someone have a problem while playing games on HTC Desire 500 as I have experienced a blackout of my screen while playing angry birds. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still the same problem? Please suggest
