Hi,
What about the compass?
In the specifcations, GsmArena mentions it has a compass.
htc.com itself does not mention a compass!
Could someone check on its Desire 500 in Google Maps application if the current position marker is a blue dot (no compass available) or an arrow (compass available)?

Now HTC has started adding compass to desire series too after a long gap.Desire 600 and Desire 500 have compass now.HTC was giving compass only for one series for quite sometime from ICS.

I can't understand the problem with htc.
Most of their phones which are high in features don't have full hd video recording !

each and every spec of it is good but not internal memory why not 8gb atleast. if any one review poster in this website would be a spec advisor for any smartphone manufacturing companies all of them would have equal craze and equal rating and very good reviews and no drawbacks of specs

4gb of space so it means there is 1.8gb or something for system and remember not all apps are movable

there is no way that is phone should deserve a price point more then ' Sony xperia l ', which almost have better specs then this and also a made from a good form factor.
sony xperia l is priced at 16000/- in India
this should be priced less, because it has less advanced specification and will most likely will not get upgrades.

Except for the look and feel of this HTC phone, I do not see why it should priced more than Rs.15000.
If at all HTC wants to compete in mid-range segment in India, they should price their devices much lower.
No doubt, they will be hot favorites if so.
