HTC Desire 501 has a manufacturing defect. There are lots of MMI code error and cell broadcasting error messges. It could not be resolved. Hence please co operate it with. If you contact HTC customer support, they will inform you that it is the issue with your SIM card. If there is an option to buy back your device, you may do that and go for better brand. In HTC the device with no flaw is HTC One M8 and HTC Desire 700 with some errors. Better you can go for Samsung.

Whenever I open htc desire 501 mobile, so many messages were displayed with a dialoge box ok. After I pressing ok button of all messages, then only I can make routine operations. So I upset about the htc. Thanks.

If u want to more ckearty of u r mob. Reair camra. Then plz. Polish of reair camra glass with glass or nickel polising powder. Becaus special coating on camra glass and after some time very small scratch on the glass.
If u want quick charge of u r Mobil battery so u can Chang u r usb charging Leeds. And plz don't use outher company charger and head phone . Only use original applencis
And plz reply me after solved u r problem

Its the worst handset that I ever use. I suggest people don't to buy it at any cost.. it is getting switch off by it self... and camera cliks blurr pics...

i also face problam regarding front and primary cemra. primary camra click the blurr pics and front camra have a dark yellow line . what i do any suggestions??

This phone is really bad. No proper service.
Just 4 months before i bought this phone. Charger not working. Head phone not working. Often getting switched off with no reason. please don't buy this phone instead of this we can go for NOKIA LUMIA.

my rear camera not clicking perfect pic..
Every time when i click the photograph the picture quality is not up to the mark.
but when i was purchased the phone that time picture quality was awesome..
My friend also facing the same problem.. as per him after updating the phone. rear camera is not working properly..
Kindly tell me how i fix the problem...

Charging now takes minimum of atleast 5 hours from 10% to 100%. It goes to 95% in 3 hrs & then next 2 to 3 hrs for the remaining 5%. Earlier it used to charge within 3.5 hrs. It has been only 4 months since i bought this mobile. Even after giving for service twice, the issue is not resolved. Really bad experience...
