Dear htc
thanks for making a good smartphone.
this a complete phone in its price range. It doesn't have any major disadvantage and provides mostly all features in its price range.
I know that nothing is perfect, including smartphones. this phone also have some problems which can be short out.
1.it doesn't show complete Hindi language. it cuts some part of sentence from right side.
2. there is no inbuilt file manager and equalizer.
3. after a minor update, its primary camera doesn't shot sharp photos as it used to shot when before update.
please correct these shortcoming by a software update and I am ready to purchase your next upgrade.
I am not demanding kitkat or lollipop update, just sort out these problems and I will be your AC.

Guyz contact htc regularly via email...so that they can realese latest update for our mobile...
Plzz....they said that if demand increases for update..they wil definately give update for htc desire 501 dual sim

It should be possible of Android update on this handset if yes when will we get this new features. There are very slow android in this mobile & low quality. I suggest to upgrade this handset for kit-kat other its marketing will get low down business.

sagar , 04 Nov 2014hiiii frndzz m using htc desire 501 .... its good bt chargi... moreTo stop broadcast msg, remove SIM from htc and use nokia or any other device to stop it. Go to msg- broadcast and turn off. You won't get the flash message anymore.

I bought HTC Desire 501 5 months back. charge port is not proper in that. In this 5 months for the same problem i gave my mobile twice to service center. its more than 3 weeks still they didnt repaired it... whenever i go service center they say it has not done.. technician has not come.. getting irritated

ashok, 02 Oct 2014It is a very very third class phone because of flash messagesto stop broadcast msg. remove SIM from htc and use nokia or any of device to stop it. go to msg- broadcast and turn off Aur deleted all. and free from flash msg. always

I have a HTC Desire 501 with 4.1.1 Android. Restarts automatically as soon as connected to Wi-Fi and keeps on doing that. Showroom says it need a software update but how am I going to do that unless I connect my phone to the Internet. Please help.
