Currently using the same phone.
Expensive.
Display is very average.
Have lots of network issues and sometime screen freezes.

Hi,
To HTC India
I recently gave my phone to HTC service center(Chennai, India), regarding issues which I was facing were- display distortion and mic problem. I got it back today, but a new problem which I am facing now is Network my SIM is perfectly working on other phones. Can you please explain me why everytime when we give our mobiles for service the old problem is rectified and a new problem comes up. Is this a part of market policy you guys are having,coz we do have lot of work in life rather to revolve around your service center. Am using HTC desire 620g (in warranty) . Looking forward a reply from your side. Totally disappointed.

Contact button problem....call button problem....it takes so much time to call or to see call log...or to see contacts...really....very bad htcdesire620g....

I hv been using this phone since feb 2015, I am quite satisfying from it. Smooth and steady. The sound quality is Little bit poor compare to others.I still dont know where my ROM memory is used because it has 8 GB ROM but only 2 GB ROM is available for apps and file. Other 6 GB who occupied,System occupy max to max 2 GB but the other 4 GB is where. Good camera quality. Last its touch is not smooth as the other hTC phone.

Somehow videos have stopped playing on my HTC desire 620g. When I click on a video a message comes that it can't be played.

On my HTC 620g some kind of lined shades occur often and those lines cannot be captured by screenshot .Can anyone help me solving this problem
