I am using HTC 620 desire from 10 months and from 3 weeks I am facing a lot of problems, pic, videos are not shown in gallery, if I am clinking any pic it automatically deleted and not saving in gallery, even when I want to listen any song then its unable to play any song because there is error message that audio is not supported, I reset my phone two times but there is not any chance of recovery.... now I want to change it

Very good phone and worth everypenny its a real smarphone .and the camerA is xtremely unique. Also very fast

Phone has no problem..
Bt when i touch my call button itz take too much time to come..
I format 2 times still no change..

i'm having some problems withe my dull sim htc 620 just changed to giffgaff and my internet stopped working including wilts on wi-fi but it all was fine for a thew days after changing all so cam is no longer as clear how to fix ?????

Htc became worst .there is no spaciality in htc now no animated weather no beats audio no good camera its same as micromax now . I have used wilfire explorer desire 501 but they were having somthing different from other brands but desire620G is totally woethless phone.

I've been using this phone for 8+ months. No problem at all.
It gets heated though, but i use it a lot. Games, Internet, Songs, Videos.
I'd say go for it!!

Worst phone i have ever purchased......while m using net n want to call some one the contacts always show sign in n even if thers a call i even cant rcv dat call bcz its stuck there.u jst keep ob clicking the green signal bt the phone is unable to connect with the coming call.
Wasted my hard earned money....

Never buy this phone.. The first six months it will work fine.. my fone never fell anywr.. but still the screen started to have some problems... some lines n blinking stuffs come up... camera is not that good... also, im havin problems with installation new apps.. theres ample space in sd card.. but still it shows try deletinf some programs and try again.. i wd suggest never waste ur money buying tis phone.

There is a manufacturing defect in this phone.
Me and my sister bought HTC 620g mobile on feb 2014 on same time. after 10 months it shows white lines in phone for both myself and my sister mobile. Other than this there is no issues in this phone . camera clarity is awesome.

very Frustrating Experience !!! with 620 G Desire!!!! I bought 620 Desire yesterday but it turn to be really bad phone ...its heating like anything even 3 to 4 minutes call. it feels like you a hve put some burning device against your Ear......!! Dnot buy this phone HTC phone!!!! i plunged my whole money!!
