They sent me a new one, and it has not worked right since I got it. Headphone port, charging port, work when they feel like it. Do yourself a favor and get a GOOD phone.

Instability in data connection. When the signal drops from 4g to H+ the connectivity is lost for 20 seconds..
Sudden loss in volume.. had the speaker replaced..
Overheating when playing games..
Short battery life..
Got sick of this device and bought Samsung J7 2016 , 2 weeks ago.. pretty decent phone..

The HTC Desire 626 is pretty good, but the battery doesn't last long, and if it goes bad, you can't replace it. I plan on getting the new one, but this phone has made me obsessed with the HTC brand itself.

Purchased this phone end of July 2016. After 2 months it has not worked properly. HTC service center has replaced motherboard, still the problem persists.
I feel, HTC has moral responsibility of replacing device in view of its reputation.
