all are just making rumours the phone is awesome.
Good battery backup , display and camera quality is better than Samsung I just check it gfs I hav also Samsung j7..
Hardware is really awesome.. and finally there is no problem if power on and off

I just want to know who to contact to get refunded for this piece of garbage. It started acting up day one I took it back to store the associate just replaced the one I had with a new one I was told by store associate that all HTC phones are bad & get constant complaints.My question is why is they allowed to keep selling & cheating people can someone tell who else can I contact to get a refund. Not to mention two months later the same problem is happening. Help me please

Best phone ive ever had! in the past ive had the G2, samsung, motorolla. and then i decided to buy this cheap phone and love it. it runs smooth has a slick design, and its strong. i will take this over a expensive phone any day. only disappointment is battery life

Anonymous, 09 Feb 2016HTC Desire 626Do not ever purchase this phone the battery has a bad connection and if you talk over 60 Minutes you cannot even get your full refund the phone shut off on me 3 times after an hour after I bought it but you're not supposed to use Facebook manager Messenger on this phone because it is too much for this phone but the battery has a problem and they don't care to fix it I just took mine back and I couldn't get the money back because he talk time within 7 Days even though I was on Wi-Fi I couldn't get my money back so I'm stuck with $142 phone so never ever by this desire 626

I think my phone is defective it will shut off for no reason if I'm just playing a game I called HTC they instructed me to turn it to safe mode and it worked OK till I restarted it normally same issue until last night when it turned off and didn't want to turn back on at all

No it's not that bad, IDK what's everyone else's issue but I actually like my phone, Yea there are better out there but my battery last me all day unless I'm constantly online ...but as far as texting and talking the battery life is pretty great. Pictures in rear facing camera are pretty dope, the front camera umm it's okay.

Charge got drained and I charged it as usual but it couldn't charge for no apparent reason. I took it to a HTC service center to have it fixed. They said that this happens a lot.
