The worst. When I use this constantly for 10 mins the phone is switched off and could not reboot. Battery at its worst. I need to take a powerbank wherever I need to go. Please don't buy the mobile for RAM or internal memory

Sam, 06 Apr 2017Just factory reset your phone once... it will be all right...I have did a factory reset twice and it still is horrible, it just close out apps when I am on it, it won't let me open my text messages because it says phone storage is low, and storage space is running out. I have a 32GB memory car and I still have a lot of space on there. It constantly says unfortunately HTC sense has stopped. That is so annoying. This is a really bad phone. If I would recommend this phone for a child that is just getting a phone for the first time. Maybe 7 or 8 yrs old. I wish I could of read the reviews first, because would of never purchased this phone.

I currently have one of these as a loan phone whilst mine is getting repaired.
I'm going to cut to the chase: it's terrible!
It's slow, very slow, so much lag!
The cameras are basically potatoes
It feels so cheap, like some sort of kids toy
GPS is terrible and cuts out all the time
Battery life is abysmal
HOWEVER it does make an excellent hand warmer because this baby realllllly heats up!

I found battery life ok when tethering for internet it drops out all the time using internet on phone is fine I don't use camera so I cant comment there

This phone is a load of crap. I hate 16GB phones, but this phone is the main one of all. everytime i get on a website, it will always say "you're phone is infected with a virus" and then when i play a game/app on my phone, it would restart and go back to the homescreen

cons:

it is the worst phone(imei no. 357290071385542) i purchased. even after sending it to gurgaon repairing centr my problem was not solved at all.
1. battery gets drained in few hrs. even if phone is not used.
2.picture quality of 13 mpxl camera is poor than eight mpxl camera of gionee phone.
3. some other problem.
it seems, staff is either non cooperative or not having sufficient skill..
