This phone doesn't come with HTC boom sound as it is also not promised by HTC. The only speaker is at the bottom.
So the piece is not defective and please dont worry about that.

Bapu, 14 May 2015I have just purchased desire 626G+ plus , my phone vibrates... moreIt is a good phone . little bit of battery problem but it is fne . Camera is really good . Phones working is also good .Design is nice and blue colour rockzzzzz.it is good than samsung bczz samsung sucksss. it hangs anytime baterry is very poor . And xperia is also not good no android update only design of xperia is good in comparison htc rocks. So dont buy samsung and xperia they are waste

I Have bought this mobile on 2/5/15 were i faced speaker malfunctioning issue and i raised with the service center and the provide replacement for the same. Facing the same issue in the replaced mobile and when i taken up the problem the said the peace has to send for QC to HTC. k Fine....Hope the problem will not be resolved its by wrost experience ever after selecting the HTC Mobile. Feed Backs Below.
Even Knowing its with LOW mAH Batter i selected it for 13 Mp Camera... But when compared to the upcoming new mobile in india like gieonee,mi,and others the camera is too worst... i totally hate the Mobile... I suggest Not to Buy HTC and i will never buy and suggest HTC to any one... Pls stay away from HTC

I have just purchased desire 626G+ plus , my phone vibrates once call is picked at other side .I know this is a standard feature of android but why there is no option to diasable it .
This is OK if phone is in my hand .But very irritating if put in ear .I also talked to customer care and they told me it is set as default and can not be reset .In other phones there are options .I was using xperia M2 was a very gud phone but HTC just looks gud from outside .
I have decided to sold it out .Going for samsung .
