Horrible sound. Salesrep said it was stereo and I didn't make sure of it.too bad,besides the sound ain't good at all.

The speakers on this phone r horrible!! I thought that having 2 speakers would be great but only one side works at a time. Also, you can't put YouTube on speaker and hence the volume is towards the ear piece. Which means in order to watch YouTube videos u have to hold the phone by your ear as if you are talking to someone on the phone. Very very user unfriendly!

Ive ... moreI have my alarm set for 6:45 am to wake my son up for school, naturally I put it charging before I go to sleep and it's at 100% when the alarm goes off. Now I get out of bed and take the phone with me by 7:20 it's at 90% and I hardly even use it that much because I'm getting my son ready, for me the battery is the worst ever, storage sucks, camera is terrible in my opinion, from coning from an iPhone 5s to this I hate it honestly. Does this happen to other users

i purchased the htc desire a week ago it freezes constantly shuts off by it self has blue lines down the screen and beeps loudly this phone hasn't been dropped wasn't used for the first 3 days as my daughter was in canada have taken the phone back to metro pcs was told to contact htc no one is willing to help us i would never buy htc phone and i will let peopele know not to waste their money

I've had this phone for a few months now through Metro PCS. I'm still using it, only because I can't afford a new one. The phone doesn't have enough memory, so you have to have a SD card. The speaker is not loud at all. After a few weeks of having it, people couldn't hear me when I used speaker phone. The metro website says this phone is made with gorilla glass, clearly isn't. Dropped my phone out of my friends car, about 18" to about 2' from the ground. Screen is now shattered. My recommendation is get this phone only if you need a cheap phone with an OK size screen. Other than that, don't waste your time or money.

Hey seriously, this phone was mad loud when I first got it, now I can barely hear a video. Does anyone know what causes this and how does one solve it? Also what is that DOT view thing and how can I see it? This is my first android device, I used to have an iPhone 4 as my first smart device, I'm clearly not tech savvy. However any well guided help will do. Thanks!

I needed cheap phone that works and looks pretty good. Ive got this phone 3month ago, t mobile no cintract, and paid about 150.00incusding tax and everything. Its not like OUTSTANDING but it looks and works pretty nice. But if you want a premium, best phone in the world, this is not your phone.It glitch once in a while but not much to bother me. I'm pretty satisfied with 1.5gb ram, and O the BATTERY!! lasts pretty long so its wonderful

This phone actually does have FM radio. I used to have it. It's sort of sucky, but it works.
