Anonymous, 16 Dec 2016I am also facing the same problem..n the service center cou... morei called the service centre and they said they'll come and collect it from me since its under warranty. i also do not understand why it shut down itself although battery at 80%+.
once its back on it optimise apps again..

This phone is a great product. Value for money paid. I am using this for last 02 months. Now writing reviews. No issue of battery draining. 2 battery save modes, excellent performance. Extreme power saver reduces battery only by 2% in 8 hrs.Other mode by 5% in 8HR span. Sofaware is great. No complications. Task killer on direct access. No need to download external programmes and user privacy is respected. Works with parellel space also. No neuissents fromm play store. 3GB ram sufficient to handle any number of programmes. Beautiful, Stylish, handy, compact smart phone and one of the best phone available in the Android market. I give a score of 4.8 out of 5.

phone is great. but it often shutdown itself although battery is 80% above and until i plug in charger then it is able to turn back on and after that i needs to optimize app again. guys.. any solution for this problem?

Very very worst phone, automatically turns off, after that it requires 30minutes for optimising apps, and very worst battery, need to charge 3 times a day

i just bought it this phone in 15 days back ,its fine,but yes battery back upis reaaly not good nd it stars heating very fast.

I bought HTC Desire 628 dual sim in the month of July'16 and I am facing a lot of problems with this phone. Within 2 months of purchase, I had problems on the speakers. Within the fourth month the phone started inexplicably turning itself off. I kept it for charging and even when there is enough charge the phone doesn't start until the battery is fully charged i.e. 100%. I have a very bad experience with this phone and I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
