I used this phone for a month after a software update phone become very snappy. Battery life is not bad it give 1 day wth heavy usage of utube,gaming stuff
front camera camera is good bck camera its okk not bad htc uses too much space from upper and lower side. Other wise it a very good no branded phone give 32 gb and 3 gb ram in this tyte budget. In pakistan it is much cheaper than j5 2016 so its a good deal for me

Really a good mobile but the only problem is that it heats up quickly quiet some times and the battery is weak...

Very bad experience just wasted my money.I suggest to all my friends not to buy this phone.there are 3 problems
1. It's latest model but very old Android version 5.1 and no upgrade in future
2. It shows this error many time as UNFORTUNATELY STOP WORKING
3. Battery heat up problem
For these 3 detectives I recommend to not buy this phone.

Please do not buy this phone. 1. The battery life sucks.
2. The camera is the worst ive ever seen.
3. Still running on old android.

The worst hand phone I have ever seen.need to charge 4-5 times.this is my first time using HTC n I get very very bad experience😡.

I am Sanjeev Kumar Gupta. first time I am using HTC Brand handset. It is my too much bad experience from HTC brand side. I never seen this typed of bad handset brand. I have purchase HTC 628 mobile phone at dated 2 July 2016. I am facing too much problem in this handset, like that its battery is too much bad and its touch screen glass is also too much bad quality. front camera not working properly. Troubled phone. Battery is too weak, no back up. For browsing or playing games need to charge 3 to 4 times a day or more than that. There's a phone heating problem. Need to pause after every 3 to 4 minutes in order to cool down. Go for another not this HTC desire
Every time I think about handset that I have vest my money in this brand. I am too much despair from HTC band. I do not want to continue this handset please exchange this handset or return my money.
