very bad...this phone is worst i ever used htc phones.
in one year they give me one replacement and five time services free of cost...lolz
battery problem is the major issue

Battery dra... more... I had the same problem. Don't worry. Guy in service replaced power module and phone charging is good now.
It is common failure on this model.

mac, 09 Jun 2018worst phone i have ever used. Battery charging issues star... more... the Desire 628 is good phone for the money, I had mine for six months. Good sized design, good software package, good price for dual SIM and 3/32 GB of RAM and internal memory. There is lots of processor power for games and office tasks. Multitasking is excellent. LED notification, decent cameras, good call and sound quality. Included software is excellent. All essentials I need is included.
There are some shortcommings:

worst phone i have ever used. Battery charging issues started within 1 year. stopped charging completely in about 14 months and is dead now.

I had a very bad experience with this phone,my charger just stopped working after 2 months.
There is no service centre in my city so i brought a ₹50 chinese charger. & even my headphones also got one error. The left side did't works only right one works. This is First time i brought a htc device and seriously it's my first and last time.
⊙ 4 major issues with this device
Low volume
Poor Battery life
Camera is like hell
No voLTE (you have to use jio4Gvoice if you use JIO 4G sim in india)
After using this device for around 2-3 years , i swiched to Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4. And i'm very happy now.

I've made the blind mistake to buy that phone. So much regrets I have. The battery is one of the worst and the camera is not that attractive. I will never ever buy htc devices in my life again,even for free I won't accept.

Android 5 use lots of battery
And the worth thing , the software has no updates...

Hhgffjj, 15 Oct 2017Volte supported or notNo......and you have to use jio4gvoice if you are using jio SIM and to keep 4gvoice online you need to keep mobledata always on which will eatup your all power of phone......even if you surf internet countunously on mobile data you phone will die within 3 hours.
Never buy this wrost device!!

One of the worst phone ever , so many problems with this device
1)Battery Issue
2)OTG is not supported
3)No updates for Nougat
4)Volte is not supported
5)Sound is very low
