please don't buy any htc phone. i bought a htc 728 ultra edition dual sim phone and it doesn't work and its only been 36 hrs. i had to take it to the htc service centre the next day of buying the phone. the customer service is pathetic and you should avoid buying any htc product specially htc 728.

I purchased a HTC Desire dual Sim 728 on 11/09/2016 from Snapdeal. After 15 days it's behaviour is erratic. sometimes, it does not open, some times showing wrong date and time and the screen is flickering. some times auto shutdown. I feel depressed with my handset. I request everyone not to purchase this bad mobile. I also request everyone not to purchase from snapdeal as customer service is not satisfactory.
