I face too many issues with my HTC 728 ....it suddenly switch of while watching videos even it have 80% battery .... a good phone with some serious issues

Hashmath, 27 Feb 2018I have been using htc 728 for past 2 and half years. But no... morewhy does my HTC 728 does not charge properly? It says that "error! please unplug charger" with a big exclamation point. And when I charge it, the red light is on but not charging.

I have been using htc 728 for past 2 and half years. But no serious issues been felt by me as of now. I am happy with this mobile.

TERRIBLE PHONE!!!! I've been using it for less than a year. I don't even have many apps just the regular ones, whatsapp, facebook, instagram, uber. The phones dies suddenly, even if the battery is full as in 100%.
It takes ages to restart, android starts in no less than 20 minutes. It may switch off while it's fully charged if you decide to make a call or god forbid watch a video.

HTC 728 third class mobile. So, don't do purchase this phone..
HTC 728 Mobile is very stupid Mobile because it not support otg and i face many issues like automatically off and on ,battery backup is very bad , battery getting very hot and very slow charging .....never buy htc 728.wastege of money....and i repared my device 5times but i am still facing the problems....so never ever buy HTC 728..

I'm buy this mobile of " octomber 2016 " and the only 6 months under I'm service the mobile of 7 times, I'm faced the problem of this mobile of draining battery fastly , worst camera 13 mp. selfy camera is 5 mp is worst and dirty, this phone are switch off automatically in 5 to 8 times in per day, speaker qualify is waste , high hitting problem using only 5 to 10 minutes on wifi ,and data connect , no LTE support, slow performance , slow processor, bad 3GB RAM, and the main is " hang expert mobile in the other phones" no enjoyment, brightness is low quality worstly, the service center are no provide to me the exchange mobile service center are badly service of HTC , is a not good product ,other low budget mobiles is better than htc is mi4, micromax canvas , nokia ,samsung, lg , oppo, vivo and so and so
Htc company are not provide good product of people and the company image in market is down and down and he is true
" HTC desire waste money mobiles".
