Install "AppMgr III"... it will easily tell you which appps are transferable to the external SD cards..
for transferring other apps which are not transferable to SD Card u cant run this tweak,

Read the whole article & run the instructions, it works... I have applied it in my desire 816.
NOTE: Some apps like Facebook, Chrome are not transferable.. but most can be done with this method..
If you want more, need to Root it..

The phone is awesome but it has a huuuuuuuge problem the storage is 8gb amd the free space ia 5gb only and u cant transfer apps or app data to an external sd card.

AnonD-196881, 08 Oct 2014no,desire 816 has no issue in soft or hardware.every thing ... moreand in addition for sure desire 820 is better than 816.820 has 64bit processor and works and run in lower cpu if it doesn't need higher cpu and save more energy.820 has more RAM and ROM and I think htc increase camera quality.

rumi, 08 Oct 2014guys m plsnning to buy desire 816. please suggest me wether... moreno,desire 816 has no issue in soft or hardware.every thing are good enough for a midrange.and about the camera to tell you the truth,camera isn't strong as 13mpxl in s4 or g2.it's clear midranges camera couldn't be as good as flagships.
ex:xperia sp camera is very weak in compare to s3 or one x or one x+. but I offer you buy desire 816 with no doubt.it's very good,awesome and I named it the flagship of midranges till now.
