The performance of the mobile is perfect and the camera quality & the design is amazing.
This is the good part.
The bad part when i restarting the mob. The battery percent increase 20-30 % .
I go the the warranty authority and they exchanged the mobile by another one yet i found the same problem on restarting the mob.
Can you help me ..Is this general problem in the device ?

So you mean that while charging my phone, I should switch off it during that period of time...? If that Will be always I am doing then it will be tough for me doing every time and if not then what are trying to say....?

I bought this phone used and discovered that custom rom was flashed in it. Maybe that's why the camera is not good, but can custom rom affect camera quality? Can I flash back to original rom? Please someone advice me.

I hav used this phone for 1 month without using flipcover or any backcover or any kind of protection. Now I have noticed scratches on my main camera glass and therefore my main camera is producing blurr images. Even I cant open up its backcover to clean up the camera glass. Pls help if sumone knows a solution.

the phone is just ausummmmmm.!!! go for it guys...speakers r superb ..in built boom sound....camera vry vry vry clear..touch is just ausum...works very fastttttttt.........

I am having issue with the charging and the back up.
actually it takes near about 6 hour in the continuous charging.
when i use it then it starts get battery low very fast
as i use wifi then i dont know what happens it starts going low by 1% every 1 min.
So, near about i use it only for 3 to 4 hour without using internet. Else this has nice feature
Can anyone please provide me the solution?

Best device in this price tag. You not be able to find any of the issues using this device. Camera quality is out standing as 13 megapixel should deliver. The flash just looks awesome with camera in low light conditions & the front camera just about is ready to make you smile while taking selfies it will not make you disappointed anyhow..!
Android software on which the device is running is 4.4.2kitkat with an upgrade available itself in the device. And the best part is your device get updated on the hardware versions time to time because when use android software gets updated and this is because when you phone upgrade on higher android version phones mother board or its internal media chip may not get damaged.

Although if you are looking for a phone that you would be using for a long time and in a affordable price tag too then this is the time to get it.

Mr troller, 28 Sep 2014Guys please try to help me whenever i take photo from this ... moredear, its not an issue. As I understand, your new HTC Desire 816 needs to get the temporary lamination removed...! just at the back of Ur device, a polythene type material is sticked... remove it...!
