First thing first, htc desire 816 is a mid-range phone. So don't try to compare it to another high spec phone. You should know this before you buy the phone. I've been using this phone for quite a long time already. So far no problem except recently it become hot quite fast,but maybe the way i use the phone and the apps that i installed. But then it is ok now after i deleted some useless apps. For the camera i think its good,you just need to know how to snap and adjust the setting. For internet browsing,it's quite fast. Gaming is okay, never experienced lag during playing. And about to move apps to external storage. In your apps setting you can actually move it manually. many phones support it now,just go to setting,find your apps scroll down and click move, but mind some of the apps can't be move to external so know your limits before buying this phone. anything else is ok.

Hi, HTC user I have little experience of this device wanna share with you. carefully when clean the back camera, it's easily get scratch on the glass even using soft cloth. I clean my device everyday & I just realized that the glass scratch,
& the photo I took really blur/ not clear anymore. then now I send it back to service center to change the new back cover of course you have to pay for it. very Disappointed the screen not make by gorilla glass. Overall about this phone I would like to say " NO REGRET "
