Network speed is faster (DC-H+ vs H+). Screen is larger 5.5" vs 4.7". Android is newer (4.4.2 vs 4.2 on the S3 I believe) and finally...there's the lovely stereo speakers.

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2014according to u , why xperia z is worst phone...?screen of my xperia z i cracked by 2 times without any accidental issues after reading on google i found the issue due to overheating xpreia z screen is cracked automatically so don't buy xperia z guys
