The dealer i know told me this isnt the same was dual active as desire 700 is. I was told cdma and gsm would work as dual active where as gsm gsm would work standby and not active.
Can anyone who brought it confirm?
Also hows the performance on both the sims? is it active or standby? share if its cdma and gsm or gsm gsm you are using.
first sim connects 3G where else its 2g for second sim, also heard no 4g option for future in this handset.

Is there anybody who will reply to my question?? will this phone get android n software updates?? Since its a mid-ranger and not a flagship, I doubt on the updates part..!!! Plz tell me about this, somebody plzzz...!!!!!! and what about multi-tasking?? How is it done?

awesome phone. Good display, excellent battery backup/ both nano sim works. Touch is better than apple.no lag

1) Does HTC DESIRE 816 support OTG?
2) How does the photo quality? Will it be blurred since it does not have image stablization?

If desire 816 is that much cool then why so many people selling it on olx after 1 or 2 day used.
I was waiting for this phone from long time but after seeing so many selling it on olx got scared

Please let me know if this phone supports Marathi/hindi font by default(for sms/whatsapp)..?
Also does this phone support 4G..? checked with a dealer in Mumbai and he confirmed this phone supports 4G(I am very confused about this 4G thing).
Is there file manager by default..?

vine, 31 May 2014Which is best of the best motox or HTC desire 816go for htc desire 816 cause at the end of the day all that matters is a good screen and nice sound quality . the selling point of the moto x is their touchless control but beleive me youll get tired of it sooner or later and then you will start getting annoyed of the small screen that the moto is offering.and one more thing if you are still a die hard fan of moto's touchless control you can download free apps from play store on your htc and get the best of both phones (one such app is open mic +)also htc has far better battery backup and since moto is using amoled screen it will get fused up faster but thats not the case with super lcd 2 used in htc desire 816. buddy give me a thumbsup cause it took me a lot of time giving you this reveiw understood.......

Yesterday, i bought HTC 816 black from Andheri Irla. I paid only INR 22500 for this fabulous model. This is superb phone. Many stores are out of stock with black model but i was luck to get one.
