I have been reading some comments that white model will not be in the launched models.. Is this right...? If yes HTC wud have done another blunder by not releasing the flagship color...
Although, all the Indian sites which have refrred to the HTC launch news have shown the white model in their preview..
So I m confused... Any reply for availability of colors will be really helpful?

looks like there is much demand coming from east asian countries it is probably getting offloaded there till demand is continuing.
already this has become a stale mobile as it was announced in feb no signs till now in indian market better wait for moto x+1 if one is waiting or has to wait.
i too waited from april and this is getting much boring and probably will buy other device probably from sony

How about the battery life... it has been rated 5/5 for 2600 mAh...having HD display, does the battery stands for a day...coz other mobiles having more than 3000 mAh itself s very poor in battery life...tatzy need to know the standby nd talktime..kindly reply...

been enquiring for 816 since its launch here in ahmedabad and the common news i have got is its going tobe available on 16th or after this date, as dealers wont get the handset before that from the company, is what my regular dealer friend told me.

Lets hope for the best because this is the only thing we Customers can do at this confused situation.
I should say that the statements of the representatives are nothing but business practices to hold the customers.
Infact I've called two separate htc retailers of my state, contact details got from the htc website itself.. They confirmed the availability of the handset in the coming weekend.

Only 267 PPI pixel density is the concern .. still HTC 816 deserves best phone now in market. Price for Money Phone. Must Buy.
