yes htc desire 816 is released in dia for rs 23990 it is available in for colours red,green,grey,black white is not available in india it get this information from htc

i have contacted with htc customer care online and it says that it will be launched in 2nd or within 3rd week.
presently it is not available in any digital or croma stores
