Im Not spoiling Htc ,just wrote what i saw...
That will be great to install apps in sd card which is expandable upto 128gb ,No issue at all in storage now...
Hope price will be resonable and i can buy this beast in coming summer holidays...

AnonD-166612, 20 Apr 2014Only 4.2 gb storage is Usable not 8gb see on Htc website...... moreno,i don't agree.you can set up sd card for install most apps and games, music or video.i have instagram,adobe reader,hillk climb,temple runs and .... es file explorer,clean master,mx player,smart remote,viber,wechat and ..... in my sd card.(I have one dual).don't worry.you can install most of apps and games and others in sd card. do this way before download and install. setting>storage> storage setting>update all and choose sd card. please don't spoil htc.

I bought HTC desire from China for $315 while my business visit last fortnight. I am back to India now and trying to use the devise, the issue here is the Device is not supported with Google Play store apps yet.
Its really disappointing to know as I have been desperately waiting for this device.
Other things are superb interms of Camera, touch, display, hardware, speakers, UI, Sleek & light weight.
But but but it does not support Google Play store yet.
Also there are some Chinese application which are in their own language therefore cant use them either.
If someone has any suggestion about it. Please revert.

Only 4.2 gb storage is Usable not 8gb see on Htc website...
And its very less for me .

AnonD-26236, 18 Apr 2014And one more thing abt moto x..for 24k u get 16gb model and... moreand lower cpu,smaller screen,just has better gpu and a little more ram,but 816 is better in cpu,bigger screen,better design and excellent sound quality,htc has the best UI with no lag and bag :D and some more it votes desire 816 is very better

I really like this phone, i mean finally a 13 mp camera and a front 5 mp camera! :D
I waited for this device, it's an absolute charm!
The only thing that bugs me is the internal memory... i don't use lots of apps but i really need to know, is 8GB enough?
Plus i hope the price is gonna be affordable, after all its a midrange phone ;D

I am talking about its price in India at its launch.
Somebdy is saying it will launch on 22april. Its not far and we will see how htc plays this.
Frankly speaking m waithing to buy phn since last month..i was gng for t2 ultra first but decided to wait for this one..if its priced competetively to t2 ultra..il buy this one.

Moto x has almost similar perfrmnce as that of t2 ultra. Moreover moto x has poor standby and camera is also a let down.
For me value for money has always been a prime concern. And moto x falls behind t2 ultra in that case.
However i respect your choice. Both are similarly performing devices.
