I am using HTC 816 desire for 7 months and i am so disappointed from this mobile service. Mobile processing is worst,get switch off and hang anytime anywhere. I went to HTC authorised service centre thrice but all time they just say, software updation needs to be done, then three time software has been updated. But nothing has been done so far. i was expecting any customer satisfaction call from their end, but nothing like that.
I suggest think alot and go for diferent reviews before investing in HTC in future.

i am using desire 816 since 5 month. since 2 months before i had a problem with screen now they change my mobile and i am happy with it. but now i faced a another problem in this mobile. when i increase a volume of any video or mp3 by pressing the volume button instead of volume it shows the call volume. it does not increase the any songs volume. i check it in setting but there is no any changes. i reset the mobile and its fine after few hours i found same problem. please help me.

those cores consume less battery than Cortex-A53 that consume more from battery life
BWT, Desire 820 is better than 816 as screen resolution, front facing camera, performance, the location of the sound rocker buttons and the lock one
I recommend you to buy desire 820

anam, 21 Apr 2015lolipop update rolled out.... anyone updated lolipop os? pl... moreNo bugs detected at all, but it's a little bit slower than the Kitkat.
The new UI is amazing but not complete, comparing it with the UI of Samsung you can give it 5/10 while Samsung one is perfect.
My recommendation to upgrade your phone.
New addition to the system:
1- New notification area
2- more animations
3- more options in the camera
4- new security lock screen
5- New permissions for the notification bar in the lock screen
6- task manager now can be cards (Lollipop task manager) or you can keep the old one without animations.

it might be Vague but they had thought about it and Planned to do that.. its a Very largely followed Mid Ranger , so buggy Os will result in Bad Feedback.
but you never know ,, they might push 5.0.1 now and then in may 5.1 again

i wonder what makes this phone to be categorized as a mid-range, coz dude, its much cooler than most top-rangers,
or is it the glossy plastic back and non gorilla glass screen that made it less valuable???

When i am getting a call, the ringtone i can hear is very low and the sound only comes form one speaker.. and while listening to music both the speaker works... whats the problem.. otherwise the fone is very nice nd handy!
