Dilshan , 22 Jan 2015I am going to buy an htc d 816... Plz help is it good or ba... moreIt's a great phone. Runs n64 and psx emulators great. Doesn't have a problem with Dead Trigger 2 either. Screen isn't 1080p, but it still looks very nice. I got mine new on ebay for $170. You'll be hard pressed to find a better phone for the money. I paired mine with a moga hero pro, and man is it great for games.

You need ROOT to be able to move anything to ... moreno u r wrong go to setting if want to move apps then in it go to application manager and move to phone or external sd card secondly if u want to move u r gallery files images photoes videos etc then go to sttings storage cleck on want u want too movefor eg gallery images select gallery select all move to sd card

Edael, 20 Jan 2015is it true that you can not move apps to sd card ?yes we move the app from phone memory to SD card easily.

Hi,dear friends.There's no doubt that the HTC in the highest,higher,and.high end smartphones and also the highest mid range phones makes the best with the highest price that never slashes down!!!?But in the higher,high mid range and highest low,lower,and the lower end doesn't satisfy its customers by using incomplete stingy apps!!!In my opinion based upon GSM data HTC must respect mid and low end products with the flawless complete apps plus 4g support of todays needs because costumers are very smart and by devices with the full studying the GSM and ask what to buy!!!This smartphone in mid range quality ara in design,features,and. Performance is acceptable but with some not complete apps like WiFi,s etc.Hopefully the HTC pays attention to my recommendations and does something to make the HTC the best in all ranges!!!?Thanks GSM forreleasing myunbiased comments!The better days for the HTC is my desire so other brands.Thanks.Justice Rights

I bought this phablet in june 2014.Till now I face no problem in this phablet it's superb,camera is awsome I recoment to buy this giant...also viewing angles are good.

I am using HTc 816 for last three months
1)Camera is not good,They are offering 13 mp but In my opinion it is 8mp of samsung.
2)File manager of Htc 816 is a failure,we cant delete or we cant find the files, its very confusing
3)There is no quick dial or speed dial,Every time we have to select the sim slot while making a call
4)Comparing Htc816 and Samsung A5. Samsung A5 is far better
5)Call recorder will not work

I just bought the htc dessire 816 yestaaday, and i noticed the camera is a mess. i cant really take nice pics at night and even sometimes during the day. is there any remedy to that?

Why do you all complain about memory when it has expandable storage up to 128 GB ?
