I brought my phone in May 2015 today a found broken screen I don't know how. But I have tried to change my screen in outer market but still not satisfied what should I do.

I found a crack on my touchscrenew, I rushed to the service center and asked for the reason... They not at all giving reasons for this, they simply said me to pay 6500 and change the touchscreen.. i am having 1 yr warranty for the mobile,but they telling warranty won't claim for physical damages, the service center is pathetic service.
But there's no physical damage. There's don't even have a single scratch or mark my tempered glass and screen of the mobile..
I suggest please don't go for HTC mobile...very bad experience.

I bought HTC Desire 816G in December 2014. My experience with HTC has very bad. becoz with in 8 month i have changed earphone 4 times and one time both SIM slot and now in the early morning i have seen my phone that has not switched on. so can't rely on HTC now because in last 8 months i bothered with HTC and the employee of HTC service center . they have not talked in formal way and i have not so much time to spend at HTC service center.

I purchased HTC 816G in Jan'2015. after one month the set over heat, charger not worked properly & one side voice colapse. how I use the afore mentioned mobile set.

So I hope you must be having any other phone than octacore . I know this all because I am having HTC desire 816 G octacore.

People who complain a lot with HTC desire 816g doesn't only know how to use it! Hahaha
Definitely battery is not good because it only have I think 1600mah(not so sure)..before you buy such kind, PLEASE CHECK THE SPECIFICATIONS SO you WILL NOT HAVE SO many issues...haha

Very bad phone. Can't remove the lock code . SIM tray very delicate .Service centre charges are too high.

Worst ptoduct!!
I've purchased the 816g on January 2015.. from tat onwards my headache started..
I'm getting issue on headset for every month.. now I got another big problem..
I've kept do mobile in tables and put charge.. After half hour,it's got switch off automatically.. then I switched on the mobile, but touchscreen was not working..
