guys it screen is very weak i just kept it in my jeans and it broke when i send it to company although it took rs2000 (official) but it broke again so not a good choice i live in mumbai so i tell u not to buy it

I bought 816g, when I am checking the phone by IMEI number, getting few information. I am somewhat confused that is It original or not? is there any way to check only HTC phone?

Guys.i bought htc 816g octacore 2015 model recently..i felt that the ringtone sound is very less..nt able to hear in crowded area..pl suggest me to improve the ringtone sound

camera clarity is not up to the mark. as htc is name for camera but its not look lik 13 mp

I bought this HTC desire816g four months ago till now I don receive any system updates for my phone ..I don knw how to get that normal Sony Xperia has received the update of android lollipop but I don receive any normal updates too .it's sucks this phone sucks

im yet to buy htc desire 816g plus the octa core version so please can anyone suggest how is it ....what are its drawbacks???
as its having 1 gb of ram so can heavy games be played well??
games like asphalt 8 etc. ???
and how is its camera,sound system,touch......??
is it also having hanging problem ???

I bought HTC desire 816g only Beaucoz of I need a 13mp but I never hope the HTC company fake, and hopeless.coz on the box written 13mp camera but the handset give only 8mp. Lost of money.

phone is ok...but service from HTC is soo bad ...once u give ur phone in srvice center u have to wait for 2 months to get it back... a person who is sitting in service center always gives same excuse that part is not available it will come within few days.... what the hell you open service center if part is not available with you.... hell htc service.
