Never buy HTC 816G. Myself had horrible experience. after sale service is very poor

I bought HTC 816g (Dual Sim) in Chennai in December 2014. In one of the SIM slots I put in a Chennai card (AIRCEL) and was using it for a few weeks. When I came to Singapore, I went to my service provider to get a Singapore Mobile SIM (Nano) card to be placed in the 2nd slot. However, the officer said that it is locked!
Can one slot be open and one be locked? HOW can I make both SIM cards work, so I can use the phone in both countries? Who can unlock the cards?

I am using this phone in US with AT & T carrier in SIM1. However the internet seems to be very slow and shows as edge. Configured the APN settings as suggested by the network carrier. But still works on edge connection. Anybody has any clue how to resolve this?

U have to deselect the full screen option in camera settings so that u can see the option 13MP it's working fine awesome phone so slim i like it very much....

sangam rawat, 01 Feb 2015some people are telling that there is no option of 13 MP in... morego to settings of camera and set the preview size to (4:3) and then adjust the picture size.

some people are telling that in this phone there is not the option for 13 MP camera, there is only the option for 5 mp and 8 Mp,so i have doubt on this, can any one reply, what is the fact?

according to HTC official website this phone's CPU is quadcore with 1.3 GHZ speed.

Dear my All frnd i buy this phone no any problem awesome phone and its camera was full clean and awesome,, some phone so 13MP camera its not work its work only 5MP camera but HTC camera its awesome like other phone and its peocessor was cool all about this phone this phone is very very good
i thing disappointed every one its RAM only 1GB its work 2GB

Panasonic p55 is better than this mobile .Panasonic p55 available in only below 9000.these 2mobiles having same features.
